Just because a use a different hand
or walk a different pattern
doesn’t make me any less.
Just because my speech isn’t impeccable
and my joints are not quite right
In no way dwindles my rights.
Just because my brain uses other pathways
and it’s not naturally balanced
in no way lessens my worth.
Just because I’ve experienced horrors you haven’t
Or dress ways you find ridiculous
Gives you no right to belittle me.
